SMELTZER HOUSE AND WHYTE AVENUE WEDDING // SHERWOOD PARK + EDMONTON
Scott and Jerica got married on the rainy afternoon of June 15, 2019*, under the gazebo at the Smeltzer House in Sherwood Park. What a great little discovery this gazebo and park area was for me! It’s such a beautiful venue for a small, intimate wedding ceremony. The Smeltzer House has a super cute terrace, a cool brick wall, beautiful gardens and also, of course, the gazebo.
The sun decided to come out about mid-way through the ceremony and stayed out for the remainder of the evening! After some family portraits at the Smeltzer House, we headed to the Woodbridge Farms Covered Bridge (still in Sherwood Park) for some more portraits of just Jerica and Scott! To finish off the evening, we drove to Whyte Ave for some contrasting portraits. We found some really colourful graffiti and they had a drink at the Malt and Mortar.
“My husband and I would absolutely recommend Emilie to anyone. The experience was seamless and Emilie was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. The photos are stunning and the experience is always wonderful (even in the rain). Thank you so much, Emilie, for such wonderful memories. We will treasure our photos (both wedding and family) for a lifetime.“
