A cottage engagement session by the lake // Smoky Lake, Alberta

When Nadine suggested we spend the evening at Dale’s cottage for their engagement session, I was stoked! Then I found out it right beside a lake… extra stoked! To say the least, this engagement session was a blast – we started off around the campfire, then made our way through the coolest forest with moss covered trees, played on the playground and enjoyed the most perfect sunset. Last but not least, Nadine and Dale actually though my idea of jumping in the lake to be a great one, so the evening definitely ended with a splash!
